I walked beside her through the dance of elements —
Earth beneath, air above,
Fire within, and water between.
I honored her freedom, and she carried my stability.
Two travelers crossing paths,
each learning their reflection in the other.
Now the air has moved on,
and Earth remains where it belongs —
rooted, aware, whole.
If her wind returns, it will find me in stillness —
not waiting, but being.
Just balance, just peace.
I am the valley that remembers,
not with longing, but with quiet gratitude.
Every wind that passed through me made serenity my home.

PRISON OF NOW
They tell me, live only in the Now,
as if each moment could hold eternity.
But the Now is already past, gone,
a flame that vanishes before it warms the soul.
Everything flows through the river of time
past roots, future seeds, shared echoes.
Connections endure where the Now has vanished,
like constellations in the sky, their light still touching me.
Nothing whispers through empty spaces,
where meaning reshapes and awakens
It is not absence but fertile shadow,
a womb where presence and memory meet.
So I speak, Universe, with reverence:
But to embrace paradox as my compass.
I am Everything, I am Nothing, both at once,
and in this dance of void and light, I am truly free.

Today morning i have completed 42 years on planet Earth🥳🥳🥳. Recently moved to my own house in the Netherlands. I am back to the weight that i was 20 years ago. Maintaining a healtier work-life balance ✌. Seeking for new changes and challenges with continuous growth. Feeling like i need to get into more adventures and discover more places in the World 😉
When I made below list, I realized that it has been first time that i have stayed in the same country more than 3 years since 2006. Woow more stability and one more accomplishment in life 😁

BIRTHDAY NOTE TO MYSELF
While our Ukrainian, Palestinian, Israeli, Syrian, Kurdish innocent brothers and sisters, all innocent human beings without considering their color, race, religion, sex and language, die everyday; while populist right wing politics become dominant every year; while the selfishness, lack of empathy, and unfair wealth distribution increases each moment...
During all these while, I am 41 today 🎂 and i still have hope on everything 😊
If i had one wish that would come true today, it would be awareness for all humanity. If we wake up, if we stop being brainwashed by populism and fake (religious) information, if we understand who we are, what the universe is, and what we really need; we can really transform this world into heaven...
I have written 10 golden rules for myself on the journey of wisdom path and i try to follow them as much as possible 🙏
1. Be aware of yourself, society and universe
2. Love the life & livings and embrace all
3. There is no destiny written for you, go & write your own fate.
4. Focus on the ones under your control, accept the uncontrolled ones.
5. Past is past, you cannot change it, don’t waste time for regret.
6. Don’t worry about future, enjoy the moment.
7. Be vulnerable, you will find joy, love & belonging.
8. The journey is more important than the destination but it is the companions most important.
9. Care about people and other livings, it will return you with a positive energy.
10. Be kind & humble, keep honest, treat fairly, change positively, stay peaceful, follow happiness, support others, have joy & love, lean at the moment, reach transcendence.

MEDITATION
Do you know the sad story of Buddhist Thich Quang Duc? He killed himself by burning and he did not move his any muscle and he did not scream until death. It was the highest level of meditation. I think, each and every human being has this capacity of concentration, but we are not aware of this. If Thich Quang Duc can stay without any reaction while burning, we can stay calm during any kind of mobbing and stress that we face every day. If Thich Quang Duc can let pass the incredible pain of burning over his body, you can let any pain or negative energy flow over you.
Know yourself, increase your awareness, focus on positive energy and let negative energy flow over you.
